The Korea Economic Daily published an article on 28 December 2023, “KPOWER ENERGY-Daehan E&C, Signing a MOU with CEPVN in Vietnam… Joining hands to reduce greenhouse gases.”
Daehan E&C Co., Ltd., KPOWER ENERGY, LG Chem, and Korea South-East Power signed an MOU with the Vietnam Environment and Climate Change Response Center(CEPVN) in Hanoi, Vietnam on December 19, 2023.
This MOU contains provisions to share implementation experiences in Article 6 of the Paris Agreement on international greenhouse gas reduction activities and project promotion, and to cooperate with each other to introduce new technologies.
In addition, Daehan E&C has signed MOUs with a total of 10 Vietnamese companies and institutions during this business trip.
Securing carbon emissions rights is an international issue, and Daehan E&C will continue to make efforts to reduce greenhouse gases internationally.
